The Club at Pennbrooke Fairways, Inc., is an Equity Member-owned Club governed by a member-
elected Board and leased and professionally operated by GolfVisions, an Illinois golf management
firm. The club consists of three nine-hole courses, each with its own particular appeal and difficulty. Par scores are 30, 32 and 35 on the Oaks, Meadows and Sanctuary courses, respectively. The Club currently offers both Annual and Seasonal Membership options for Equity Members and a daily-fee play for nonmembers. Private golf carts are permitted with the payment of a trail fee.
In addition to the three courses, club facilities include a putting green, a 3,500-square-foot clubhouse that houses the Pennbrooke Grille (bar-and-grill), dining room, screened patio and a pro shop.
The club is governed by a set of Rules, Regulations and Bylaws, voted upon by the members. The Board of Directors is responsible for Equity Membership matters only. GolfVisions handles all operating and financial issues associated with management and maintenance of the facility. They are also responsible for the Pennbrooke Grille, which furnishes all food-and-beverage services.
The Club is pleased to also offer several forms of non-equity memberships for nonresidents: a Trial (90-day) Membership, Annual Membership, Corporate (Business) Membership, and a 90-day "Renters" Plan for those renting within Pennbrooke Fairways.
